TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Responsibilities

  • Become ingrained in the tech community and be a go-to-resource for helping tech candidates find their dream jobs to work with some of the most innovative companies across the country

  • Work with Business Development Managers to gather requirements and selling points for new open positions

  • Search for qualified candidates through LinkedIn, online talent communities and job boards

  • Screen candidates per job requirements and sell candidates on the value props of the innovative companies we recruit for

  • Clearly and concisely communicate to Account Managers why the candidates you’ve found are a good fit

  • Prep candidates for interviews, and work with them through the interview process

  • Negotiate job offers with candidates, including factors such as base salary, benefits, stock/equity and work-from-home

  • Maintain relationships with candidates

  • Staying current on technology trends

  • Help us eat the snacks

  • Play competitive ping-pong

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a Business or IT field but no specific degree is required

  • Internship or work experience in recruiting, sales, IT or other applicable roles

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (this is on every job description, but this is VERY important to us)

  • Passion for technology

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail, grammar and punctuation
