do we have local recruiters in all of these markets?

We do in some, but not all. Our unique recruiting methodology has a digital focus, in a time when candidates don’t have time to meet with all of the recruiters that reach out to them face-to-face. We’ve found candidates place more value on working with knowledgeable, competent recruiters than with local recruiters.

We focus on tapping into key online talent communities, and performing curated searches based on our intimate knowledge of the tech stacks and geographies we recruit in. This has allowed us to grow by over 100% year-over-year.

Given our experience recruiting in all of these markets, we understand the unique geography of each market that poses commuting challenges.
